Our founder attended medical school with the hopes of empowering patients with the knowledge needed to live healthier lives. However, during training he realized that providers didn’t have the time or resources needed to provide bespoke care to their patients.
Patient health can vary considerable week to week and there is no objective way of measuring treatment success using patient-testimonies & pinpointing the factors that resulted in those improvements. The vision of Flourish was born with the goal of identifying these variables and integrating them into each and every treatment plan.
We believe that patients hold the keys to better health and the greatest improvements can be seen when patients play a proactive role in their care.
We understand that providing quality care isn't easy and neither is battling sickness. We strive to make visits enjoyable for both providers and patients.
